hey you all, tis the last night tonight! Have a great xmas, and a happy new year, and we will all be back together soon!
hooray for holidays, keep stretching and practising your skills, especially those of you that are having equipment for xmas!
REMEMBER..........if you ar practising indoors, make sure you have plenty of space, keep away from lightfittings and light bulbs........and no diabolo's near telly's!!!!
Those of you getting stilts........WEAR SAFETY GEAR, it's not just a rule of circus.......its good practice!!!!

Bonfire night
We have an invitaion to do some fire circus for the residents of Maes Gareth Edwards on the 5th of November.
They have a bonfire event that they would like us to be part of! Anyone interested should be there at 6 p.m.
The residents commitee run this event every year, its a family event so bring your families! there will also be food and fireworks!
I will try to call you all tomorow!

S.W.I.C.A & DAVID GOFFEE
Yo circus dude's, Da iawn am nos wener! very well done, Can you also say thanks to your parents for turning the black mountain car park in to a mini festival!! Great stuff!!

So you fire performers.....it is nearly time to choose the team.
Ten of us will be performing........Goffee is directing......and Steve Fletcher from S.w.i.c.a is co-ordinating a night of fire madness in Porth on the 24th of November (its a monday!).
So here's the deal.............the first three on the list are...

communities first trust fund!
Hey you all....it's been a while since i have uploaded anything on this blog! It has been a hard old summer without a computer and regular access to the internet!!
However, thats all about to change!
There are very nice people from the WCVA and communities first trust fund, and They have awarded us a substantial grant which will enable us to have more equipment, more volunteers, T-shirts- and most importantly a laptop and printer! HOORAY.
Keep an eye on the blog as over the next two weeks as i will up load all those fantastic pictures and video clips that we have been taking over the summer! see you friday guys...........and remember carmarthenshire connect are coming in to film!

funding!
here's an up date............We are now constituted, we are officially a group!
I have opened a bank account for us.....................we have four trustees, and 8 commitee members. We have submitted a grant application to the communities first trust fund. If that comes through.........................we have enough money for another year!!!
which means..........my job from march onwards will be to only teach circus!!!?
the other amazing thing i have just realised is...............................organised kaos......shortened is O.K.....we are going to be O.K!!!!

Who said KAOS cant be ORGANISED.......
Happy 2008 you circus hooligans!
O.k we start back @ st catherines.
Please make sure you bring back your consent forms for Mob Blog...we start this friday!
Circus will have new rules this year.........wise up or ship out! we have a big waiting list......... and not much equipment......so i am asking you to think about what you do on friday nights!!!
Keep on learning new skills or make room for new people!
Listen up- think about it- act accordingly!
If you dont do skills on friday.....you will be missing out on lots of serious fun!!
