Wow! Love the photos you lot. Really bored stuck in the house with this chest infection, but hearing from lots of people, it was a great night last night. The rope stuff looks great, but what did you think of my mate Bran? Anyone have a go with his big rubber sticky things? No stupid injuries I hope?!?!

Circus is back on FRIDAY THE 16th of January.

Same time; Junior 4.30-6.00 p.m

Senior 6.30-8.30

Jim bob and lee there will be a taxi every friday coming down from Brynaman.
I will arrange a 6.15 pick up. If anyone else needs to share this taxi, YOU NEED TO LET ME KNOW.

I'm looking forward to see the improvements from all the body conditioning and stretching that you have all done over xmas!!!!??????
